Our second continuous color coating line has completed its capacity upgrade, increasing overall annual output and shortening lead time for large appliance-grade orders to 15–20 days.
• Shorter lead times — peak-season orders no longer queue behind routine production.
• Better color availability — popular RAL colors run more frequently, reducing changeover waits.
• More cut-to-length capacity — our CTL lines are fed by both coating lines, so flat sheet orders ship faster too.
The upgrade included new coating heads for more uniform film thickness and an upgraded curing oven for better adhesion. Every production batch still passes our in-house lab checks: coating thickness, gloss, T-bend, impact and salt spray.
