Steel clad aluminum is an orange-peel embossed composite new material developed specifically to replace pure aluminum plate in freezer liners. A high-zinc galvanized steel substrate is hot-pressed with a high-purity aluminum plate using imported specialty adhesive.
The finished sheet looks virtually identical to pure aluminum, bends and forms like it, and fits directly into existing freezer liner production lines — no line modification needed. The aluminum plate layer isolates moisture, delivering rust and corrosion performance comparable to solid aluminum plate.
