H-Pattern Embossed Prepainted Sheet

H-pattern sheet is a premium embossed prepainted product. Everything starts here: a high-zinc galvanized substrate, cold-embossed with a fine repeating "H" texture at roughly 15 μm (0.015 mm) depth. No paint yet at this stage — but the character of the product is already set in the metal.

The result combines the rigidity of embossed steel with a soft, even paint finish — a look and feel that flat sheet simply cannot match. This grade is produced by only a limited number of mills and remains relatively scarce in the market.

It is the side panel material of choice for leading Chinese appliance brands such as Hisense, Haier and Aucma on refrigerators and freezers — a proven signal of quality for your own product line.

This is the finished surface after slow-coating and baking: the paint film fully covers the H texture, flowing evenly into every groove, leaving a soft, uniform sheen you can feel.

Texture first, paint second — both steps matter. The depth and uniformity of the embossing are decided at step one; coating simply brings it out faithfully.
