What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For regular color coated coil, the usual starting point is 5–10 tons per color and specification. That said, we are happy to support first-time buyers with smaller trial orders or mixed-container loading across several colors or sizes. Send us your spec and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your case.
How long does delivery take?
Standard lead time is 7 days after your deposit and final color confirmation, depending on quantity and season. Custom-matched colors add a few days for the first approval cycle. We keep some popular RAL colors in regular production, which can shorten the wait.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide free A4-size coated samples together with a mill test report so you can check color, surface and coating thickness before ordering. The sample itself is free; courier freight is charged at cost.
How do you match a custom color?
Send us a RAL or Pantone code, a physical sample, or a clear photo. A physical sample gives the closest match. We formulate the paint, run a small trial and send you a coated sample with its ΔE value for approval before full production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C at sight. For trade terms, we offer FOB Qingdao, CFR, CIF and DDP.
Can I get coil or flat sheet — which should I choose?
Both. If you have your own uncoiling and leveling line and want flexibility in cut length, buy coil. If you stamp panels directly, our cut-to-length flat sheet arrives ready to feed your press — it saves your equipment investment and floor space. Tell us your setup and monthly volume, and we will recommend the more economical form.
What quality documents come with the shipment?
Every shipment includes a mill test certificate (coating thickness, T-bend, impact and salt spray where applicable). On request we also arrange SGS third-party inspection before loading, plus export documents such as Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate and Bill of Lading.
Which coating systems do you offer?
We supply PE, SMP, HDP and PU systems, with a top coat typically 15–25 μm and a back coat 5–8 μm. The right choice depends on where the part will be used — see our
coating selection guide for a practical overview.
What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL?
PPGI uses a hot-dip galvanized (zinc) substrate, while PPGL uses a Galvalume (aluminum-zinc) substrate. PPGL resists corrosion better and suits coastal or humid environments; PPGI is usually the more economical choice for indoor use. See our
PPGI vs PPGL comparison for the full picture.
Can you do OEM / ODM and custom sizes?
Yes. We cut to your exact length and width, apply protective film or paper interleaving, and support OEM / ODM work including custom packaging and labeling. Send us your drawing or a sample and we will quote accordingly.
How do you pack for ocean freight?
Coils and sheets are wrapped in waterproof paper and strapped with steel bands on wooden or steel pallets, with edge protection to prevent damage in transit. Packing is optimized for container loading to keep freight cost low.
What certifications does your factory hold?
We run an ISO 9001 quality management system and can provide recent in-house and third-party test reports on request. Certificates and test data are available for your review — contact our sales team for copies.
