The workhorse of embossed appliance sheet. The process runs the other way round from H-pattern: the coil is first coated with 18–25 μm of paint, then embossed with a 0.05–0.1 mm deep orange-peel texture that presses the pattern straight through the paint film.
That order makes it fast and economical to produce at scale — which is exactly why it is the most common, most widely used embossed sheet in the appliance industry. Small and mid-size freezer makers across China run it on their side panels every day.
Every thickness and every color is available from stock or short production runs, with pricing starting as low as USD 1.3. If you need a dependable embossed side panel material without stretching the budget, this is the one.
