Granite Pattern Flat Sheet — Freezer Cabinet Panels

A granite-print color coated flat sheet developed for chest freezer cabinets — the look African consumers already know and trust. The stone texture is printed on a PE coating system over a galvanized substrate, then precision cut to length in our own plant.

The busy, speckled pattern is not just about looks: it naturally hides fingerprints, minor scratches and dust between cleanings — a real advantage for freezers that are handled and transported frequently. Coating adhesion and corrosion resistance are the same as our standard appliance-grade sheet.

This chest freezer top panel is our granite flat sheet, photographed on a customer's assembly line in Africa. The sheet is bent and fitted directly on the existing cabinet line — no retooling needed.

For freezer body and top panel applications we typically supply 0.35–0.6 mm; other thicknesses and grey tones are available on request. Protective film option available for deep-draw parts.
